“Hello, my name is Cassandra Gurch and I wanted to share with you how one of your employees ebranced true customer service. My spouse and I traveled from Nashville, TN. assisting our daughter with apartment searching (2) weeks ago. We visit over (8) properties of which set appointments were made in advance but no one was present to show the property on the set date while others were totally disrespectful and non-accompanying because it was Super Bowl weekend and were ready to make an early escape from work.
I was very impressed with Ashley, especially after many negative experiences with others. She was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She has a very pleasant smile and seems to enjoy her job and has a natural gift with people.
We are quick to send emails with unpleasant encounters but not often prompt to give credit where credit is due.
Initially, my first encounter/s with the natives was not good but Ashley made me realize there are good professional people doing what’s right.
